Cocoon
Originally from Buenos Aires, Cristián Pietrapiana (@cristianpietrapiana) lives and works in New York City. His work has been exhibited widely, and explores the vulnerability of human nature and its environment. In the last few years he has incorporated the urgency of climate change into his practice, organizing exhibitions and workshops in order to create awareness inviting viewers to take action.
This painting takes its inspiration from the cocoon.
