Thursday mornings from 9:30-11am, we have a drop-in gathering on Zoom where we can do some of life’s challenging administrative tasks in the context of a supportive community.

We take inspiration here from the practice of “body doubling” among folks with ADHD. Having partners—even virtually—can help all of us follow through on what needs doing, and can make that work a lot less lonely.

At the start of each session, we introduce ourselves, share how we’re doing and what’s on our to-do list. Then we each work on our stuff, on mute, until a few minutes before the end of the session, when we’ll come off mute, share with each other what we’ve accomplished, and celebrate the progress we’ve made.

Thanks to Hugh Klitzke, who has volunteered to host these Thursday morning sessions! If you have questions, or are looking for the link, reach out here.

We’re grateful to be part of a community where we show up for each other, and even more grateful for a community where we can name what’s hard, and ask for help when we need it.

In the fall, we’re planning to add an in-person Life Admin Support on a weeknight—so if an in-person gathering is what you’re looking for, it’s coming!
